Wimborne Sunbeds operates this website and the tanning studio at Legg Lane, Wimborne. We are the data controller for the information described below.

Health information: the answers you give in our sunbed health questionnaire, including your skin type, relevant medical conditions and your signed declaration. This is special category data.

Booking records: the sessions you book, their length, your minute balance and membership status.

Messages you send us through the contact form.

Why we use it

To create and manage your account and take bookings.

To assess whether sunbed use is safe for you and to meet our obligations under sunbed and health and safety regulations. We rely on your explicit consent to process health information, given when you sign the questionnaire.

How long we keep it

We keep account and health questionnaire records for as long as you remain a customer and for a period afterwards where we are required to retain them for legal or insurance purposes. Contact form messages are kept for up to two years.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that operate our website, database and payment processing, and where the law requires us to.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent for us to hold your health information, to restrict or object to processing, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format.
