1. About these terms

These terms apply to every booking made with Wimborne Sunbeds and to any use of our studio. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or over to use our sunbed. We may ask for photographic ID.

You must complete our health questionnaire in full and truthfully before your first session, and confirm before each subsequent booking that nothing has changed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a session where we believe tanning would be unsafe for you.

3. Bookings and payment

Sessions are 3, 6, 9, 12 or 15 minutes long and priced at £2, £3.50, £5, £6 and £7.50 respectively.

A booking reserves the studio exclusively for you for your chosen slot. Please arrive on time; late arrivals cannot be extended into the next slot.

4. Membership

The 100 Minute Membership costs £35 per month and is a recurring subscription.

Your balance is set to 100 minutes on purchase and is reset to 100 minutes exactly one month after purchase, and monthly thereafter on the same date.

Unused minutes expire at each renewal and cannot be carried over, transferred or refunded.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and any remaining minutes expire at that point.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a booking from your account at any time up to the start of the slot. Minutes taken from a membership balance are returned to your balance.

We do not offer refunds for sessions you do not attend without cancelling.

6. Studio use

Protective eyewear must be worn at all times while the sunbed is in use.

Please wipe down the sunbed after your session using the products provided.

You are responsible for any damage you cause to the studio or equipment.

7. Liability

Tanning carries risks including burning and long-term skin damage. You use our sunbed at your own risk and on the basis of the information you provided in your health questionnaire.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
